I came to Nafferton on my own as Anne was not well after having a heart scare. She stayed home and rested. I wanted to come here because it was a member’s meeting rally and as I hadn’t attended one I wanted to see what went on and what was said. I arrived on the Friday afternoon to be greeted by Ian & Linda. There was quite a good turnout. Gwen had hired the campsite’s cottage. The member’s meeting was on the Saturday evening. It was the usual sort of meeting, telling members what gone on with club, what is hoped to go on in the future plus any other business. It didn’t take too long and once over we settled down to a pie & pea supper. There was quite a lot of Pie & Peas. Some of us had a second helping. I returned back to my camper feeling quite stuffed. On Sunday after breakfast I made my way home.
