Spicy Carrot Soup. For 4 – 6 People
1 Large Onion
1 Stick of Celery
1 tsp of Curry Powder
Pinch of Chilli Powder
3 Cloves of Garlic
Vegetable Stock, (Enough to cover carrots)
Crame Frais or Cream
Boil the carrots and celery in enough stock just to cover.
Gently fry the onion and garlic until soft then add curry chilli and
when the carrots are cooked add the onion etc and stir well.
When cool, blend and serve with a swirl of cream nuts
